Returns & Exchanges
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. After this 2 week period, we cannot honor any Returns or Exchanges. Be sure to contact us first, via email, before sending in a return.
To submit a claim follow these steps:
- Email us at: sestatement@gmail.com
- In the Subject of the email, type: "Returns & Exchanges"
- In the Body of the email, be sure to include: The Order #, a detailed explanation of the issue, and lastly please attach photos to support your claim
- Please let us know if you would like a replacement sent, or a refund of your purchase
- You will then receive an email from us as to what the next steps will be, including the address to send your item(s)
Please Note:
- Items that are to be returned must be in new condition
- Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for a return or exchange
- You are responsible for the shipping costs on any Returns or Exchanges
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is instantly submitted for fulfillment to our factory and cannot be reversed.
